Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds
We, at Factor Notes, have made sure our product listings do complete justice to our products. Important product features like Product sizes (both in paper size and in metric units), paper thickness, Page Layouts and product variants (Dot Grid/ Plain/ Ruled/ Printed) are mentioned on the listings of all our products. This is to prevent any of our valued customers from ordering a product that would not suit his/her requirements.
Our products are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. We are unable to cancel and/or refund orders that are already shipped. If we receive a cancellation request before we ship, we would initiate refund within 1 business day and refund will be completed within 3-7 days.

We work hard to ensure we ship your orders within 2-3 business days. We have tied up with prominent logistics partners in India and will be sharing your order tracking details with you as soon as we ship. The shipping time is completely dependent on the logistic partner and normal shipping / delivery lead times would be 4-7 working days depending on the delivery pincode. Please check your Address and Phone Number before confirming the order as we can't edit the details after Order confirmation.
Bags Return Policy
At FACTOR NOTES, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please carefully read the following guidelines:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective bag, please contact our customer support within 6-7 business days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for the return and replacement process.
- Bags must be in unused, brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide relevant proof of the damage or defect on the product.
- This policy only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear).
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 6-7 business days by e-mail. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide relevant information such as the order number, item name, and purchase date.
- A return pickup will be initiated from our side.
Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned bag, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the bag passes the inspection, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the time of purchase or provide a replacement for the same.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 1-3 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any bag not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
