Important details such as product size (both paper size and metric units), paper thickness, page layouts, and product variants (Dot Grid / Plain / Ruled / Printed) are clearly mentioned on all listings. This helps customers make informed purchases and avoid ordering products that may not suit their requirements.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our website.

If a prepaid order is refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to recover the shipping costs incurred. As a small business, these costs significantly impact us. Customers are requested to contact us in such cases.

Our products are eligible for free replacement within 3 days of delivery in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered. Please write to us at info@factornotes.com.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been dispatched or picked up by the courier partner. If a cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund. The refund will be completed within 2–5 business days.

Missing package claims must be reported within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
